About Us
For 10 generations and over 200 years, the Bingham and Champion families have farmed on the West Hills in the Town of Kirkland, New York.
Originally the farm had 62 acres, then 100 acres, and grew to 170 acres by 1974. Over 3500 acres are owned or rented and farmed today.
Through the years, the farm has produced butter, eggs, apples, hops, milk, cheese, sweet corn, peas, maple sugar, beans and field crops for feed.
40 quart milk cans were used to take the milk to the waiting rail cars in Deansboro.
Today, two generations of Champions currently work the farm.
